Stop guessing.
Start doing.

AI is already part of your work, whether you want it or not. The question is no longer whether you use ChatGPT, but how well. In anything from 90 minutes to a full day, we show you which tools actually work for your profession, how to use them properly, and where the pitfalls lie.

Managing directors · trustees · doctors · lawyers · architects · marketing leads · trades · administrative staff · teachers · HR teams · individuals · entire departments.

Three stages of AI fluency

From first steps
to your craft to the team.

Every training starts with one honest question: where do you stand right now? Three stages, three formats, three clear goals. You can jump in at any stage and work your way up, or start exactly where the need is greatest.

01 · The stage

Fundamentals.

Getting in.

What can AI really do today, what tools exist, and how do you talk to them to get usable results. No theory, three to five concrete use cases you can put to work on your next working day.

For
anyone who has only ever read about AI in the newspaper.
02 · The stage

Specialization.

Going deeper.

Role‑ or industry‑specific training: AI for trustees, for lawyers, for doctors, for marketing, for HR, for trades, for teachers. With real workflows from your day‑to‑day, matching tools and the limits that matter in your field.

For
professionals who want to bake AI into their daily work.
03 · The stage

Team transformation.

Together.

Half a day or a full day with your team. Which processes can be accelerated, who uses what, where are the data‑privacy limits? The outcome: a team that uses AI consistently, and a concrete action plan for the next three months.

For
organizations that don't want to leave AI to the chance choices of individual colleagues.
03

What you'll learn

What you
actually take home.

Six modules that can be combined depending on the stage and your field. Every training ends with a written cheat sheet and a tool list you can take with you and put to use right away.

01

The AI tool landscape

Fundamentals

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney and the most important industry‑specific tools. What does what, what costs what, and which one fits your day‑to‑day. Including an honest verdict on which tools don't live up to the hype.

02

Prompting that works

Fundamentals

How to talk to AI so that you actually get usable answers, instead of the polite cotton‑candy fluff most people get on their first try. No theory, just patterns and examples you can apply immediately.

03

Ready to use on the job

Fundamentals

Three to five concrete use cases you can put to work on your next working day: emails, research, copy, summaries, analyses, images, presentation drafts.

04

Privacy & limits

Fundamentals

What you can entrust to an AI and what you can't. Where AI regularly gets things wrong and how to spot hallucinations before they land in your reports. Especially relevant for professional use in Switzerland (FADP, professional secrecy).

05

Your field, with AI

Specialization

Role‑specific workflows: client files for trustees, contract analysis for legal, medical literature, building specs, content pipelines for marketing, applicant screening for HR. With your own examples from your day‑to‑day work.

06

Team roadmap & roll‑out

Specialization

How to roll AI out across the board, so that half the team doesn't secretly use ChatGPT on personal accounts while the other half is too scared to try. Tool stack, rules, training plan and a concrete action plan for the next three months.

04

Investment

Three formats.
Clear per‑head pricing.

Getting into AI doesn't have to be expensive. The fundamentals session is deliberately priced so that it's a sensible investment for individuals and small businesses too, not an intimidating entry ticket.

Frequent questions

What you should
know.

The questions that come up before every training. Answered briefly and honestly.

Do I need prior knowledge?

For the fundamentals stage, none. If you've ever used a search engine, that's enough, we start from zero and build up. For specialization you should have used ChatGPT or a comparable tool at least a few times, so we don't spend half the time on the basics.

If you're not sure which stage suits you, drop us a short email with a sentence about where you stand today. We'll recommend the format that fits. A training that's too easy will only bore you, one that's too hard will overwhelm.

Which fields do you cover in specialization?

We currently have ready‑made workshop modules for: trustees & accounting, legal & compliance, medicine & healthcare, marketing & communications, HR & recruiting, architecture & construction, education & teaching, trades & SME admin. Other fields can be prepared on request, typically with two weeks' lead time.

Preparation means: we research the AI tools that actually deliver value in your industry, collect real use cases and build a tailored session using your examples, not stock slides.

Is this also possible for my team?

Yes, in fact, it's one of the most popular formats. Team workshops run over a half or full day, for up to 10 people. The upside: everyone leaves on the same page, with a shared vocabulary, and you avoid the situation where half the team secretly uses ChatGPT and the other half is scared of getting caught.

Team workshops always include a privacy briefing, a tool recommendation for your context and a concrete action plan for the next three months. You get it in writing.

Remote or on site?

Both. 1‑on‑1 and small‑group sessions typically run remote via Zoom or Teams, it's more flexible and cheaper. For team workshops we recommend on site, because the group dynamic is better and hands‑on exercises come easier.

On‑site sessions in the Schaffhausen / Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region are included at no extra charge. Beyond that, travel costs apply per actual expense, for larger team workshops it usually pays off.

What happens after the training?

You walk away with a written cheat sheet covering the most important prompting patterns, a tool list with recommendations for your context, and for team workshops an action plan. All in two to four pages, not an 80‑slide deck that nobody ever opens again.

If you later want to go deeper, for example into a specific AI application, an agent system or an automation, the training fee is credited toward a corresponding project up to CHF 490. That way the training is never lost; it's the on‑ramp to the larger initiative.
