The Brief

From brand book to platform.

Dentaristo is a dental clinic in Prizren, Kosovo, treating patients from Kosovo, Albania, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey. The clinic supplied its visual brand identity: a colour palette (Cerulean Blue, Indigo Rainbow, Antique White) and the Mark Pro typeface. Solid foundations that betray genuine brand work.

We built everything else: the entire site architecture, all content in five languages, the psychological ordering of each element, automatic language detection for visitors, the technical SEO/AEO/GEO infrastructure, performance optimisation and social-sharing configuration. The site was designed to turn uncertain first-time visitors into prospective patients within the first thirty seconds, through systematic trust-building.

Optimised for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity. Data structured so Dentaristo surfaces inside AI-generated answers.

Every element adapts to screen size. The WhatsApp call-to-action stays reachable at all times.

Open Graph & social sharing

Sharing on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram generates a clean preview card with image and description.

Conversion architecture

WhatsApp as primary CTA, a deliberate button on every page. No contact form, zero friction.

UX Decisions

Why everything sits exactly where it does.

Every placement, every sequence, every micro-decision has a psychological reason. Eight of them in detail.

The first 3 seconds.

When a prospective patient lands on the site, an unconscious decision process runs: Am I in the right place? Can I trust this practice? The hero answers both questions instantly. Core message on the left, professional image on the right, three hard statistics underneath (10+ years, 2,000+ patients, 5 experts). Numbers register faster than words.

Trust signals above the fold.

ISO 9001:2015 certification and a 4.9-star Google rating prominently in the visible area. External proof from independent bodies. The Google rating is clickable, verifiable evidence rather than claims.

EU standards overlay.

Addresses the most common concern of patients from Western Europe: does the quality in Kosovo meet my expectations? Answered visually before the question is consciously asked.

Personal story before service list.

The "About" section comes before treatments. Patients have to trust the people first; only then do they care about a specific procedure.

Visual team hierarchy.

Dr. Nisevi as "Featured Doctor" with a large portrait, the other doctors in a 2×2 grid. Communicates leadership and depth at the same time.

Testimonials after the team.

First show who the practice is (the team), then what others say about it (reviews). Real Google reviews with names and stars.

WhatsApp instead of forms.

WhatsApp is the dominant means of communication in the region. A floating "Book an appointment" button leads straight into the WhatsApp chat. One tap to start the conversation.

Subtle scroll animations.

Sequential reveal of statistics, treatment cards and reviews. Guides the eye without distraction. Medical sites must radiate seriousness.

Under the Hood

What visitors don't see.

A beautiful frontend without technical infrastructure is a shop on a side street with no sign. The Dentaristo site was built for discoverability from day one. Schema.org structured data covers the practice, every doctor with qualifications, opening hours, address, treatments, certifications and Google reviews.

Semantic HTML, so AI answer systems also parse the page content correctly. Each page has individual meta titles, descriptions and Open Graph tags. Performance-optimised for Core Web Vitals. Responsive from 320px up to ultrawide.
