The digital home of R. Hafner & Partner AG: tax, fiduciary services, financial planning and insurance across 29 pages, with Swiss German slogans, transparent pricing and a structure that Google and AI systems can both read.
Fully responsive, optimised for desktop, tablet and smartphone.
Rolf Hafner has been running R. Hafner & Partner AG since 1999. Two locations, Kloten and Neuhausen am Rheinfall, more than thirty years of experience, and a range of services that stretches from private tax returns to company formation. Fiduciary work is a business built on trust: anyone who hands over their taxes, their bookkeeping or their pension planning wants to know exactly whose hands they are in.
That is what the new website is built for. It organises the entire offering into four clear areas, tax, fiduciary services, financial planning and insurance, and gives every single service its own page with its own answer: What does a private tax return cost? What goes into annual financial statements? When is retirement planning worth it? 29 pages that explain rather than advertise.
And because trust needs a face, Rolf Hafner himself is on the site, with his photo, his story and a direct line. Not an anonymous firm, but the person who has been there for his clients for more than a quarter of a century.
The most striking decision on the site is not technical but linguistic: the big slogans are written in Swiss German dialect. Each of the four service areas carries its own line.
This is deliberate. Fiduciary work is a local business: RHP AG's clients live in Kloten, Neuhausen, Zurich and Schaffhausen, not just anywhere. Polished High German consultant prose sounds like any other firm; a line like «Zahle stimmed», the numbers add up, sounds like the trusted advisor next door who gets to the point. The slogans translate the professional work into the language in which the clients actually talk about money.
The rest of the site deliberately stays in standard German, precise and matter‑of‑fact. The mix is the concept: closeness in the address, professionalism in the substance.
Deliverables
A complete company website, from the information architecture through every line of copy to technical findability.
Four service areas, 29 pages. Every service has its own page with its own answer, from the tax return to SME insurance.
Every text on the site: service descriptions, pricing, location pages, FAQ and the Swiss German slogans.
Tax returns from 115 CHF, prominently on the home page. A concrete price lowers the barrier to first contact more than any advertising promise.
A dedicated appointment page with direct online booking via Calendly, in person in Kloten or Neuhausen, or as a phone callback.
Dedicated pages for Kloten and Neuhausen am Rheinfall, so a local search for a fiduciary lands in exactly the right place.
The site is a React app. The server delivers every page prerendered, so search engines and AI crawlers see the full content in the source code.
Machine‑readable markup for the firm, both locations, services, FAQ and breadcrumbs on every single page.
Individual metadata per page, sitemap, robots.txt and an llms.txt for AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.
From smartphone to ultrawide monitor. Booking an appointment stays one tap away on every device.
A dedicated section with checklists and forms for the tax return, so clients arrive well prepared for the first meeting.
Decisions
Behind every placement is a thought about how people actually choose a fiduciary. Six of them in detail.
"Tax returns from 115 CHF" is one of the first things you see on the home page. Almost everyone looking for a fiduciary has the same silent question: what does it cost? A site that hides the price answers it with distrust. A site that names it answers it with an argument.
VAT, payroll accounting, business succession, pillar 3a advice: every topic gets its own page instead of a paragraph on a catch‑all page. Someone searching for a specific problem lands on a page that deals with exactly that problem.
The about page tells the story of the firm since 1999 and shows the person behind it. For a service where you lay open your entire finances, the deciding factor in the end is not the logo but the person.
"Fiduciary Kloten" and "fiduciary Neuhausen am Rheinfall" are different searches by different people. Each location therefore has its own page with address, directions and local context.
Book online, call, or drop by. The appointment page forces nobody into a channel. Older clients call, younger ones book online, and both get there without a detour.
The copy answers questions instead of stacking superlatives: How does withholding tax work? What belongs in the annual financial statements? Whoever explains, proves competence. Whoever merely claims, has to be believed.
More and more people no longer ask Google but ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity when they are looking for a fiduciary. These systems read websites differently from a human: they do not execute JavaScript, they read the source code. A modern React app, which is what the RHP site is, shows them an empty page unless you do something about it.
That is why the server delivers each of the 29 pages prerendered: the complete content, the headings and the Schema.org data are in the source code before any script runs. Every page has its own title, its own description and a canonical address. On top of that come a sitemap covering every page, a robots.txt and an llms.txt that summarises the entire offering for AI crawlers in their own language.
That is the difference between SEO as a checklist and findability as architecture: whether the next client arrives via a Google search for "fiduciary Kloten" or via a ChatGPT answer to "Who can do my tax return in the Zurich area?", the site is built for both routes.
The website was the beginning, not the end. The collaboration has grown into a partnership: fdk.ai and RHP AG are jointly developing software for fiduciaries and tax professionals.
The combination is deliberate: more than 25 years of fiduciary practice on one side, AI‑native software development on the other. What is being built will launch in the near future. More than that we are not revealing here yet.
