From the first analysis to the running system. Everything from a single source, built to Swiss standards.
The model
Classical agencies scale through hierarchy. fdk.ai scales through focus, one mind, one network, zero overhead.
More than 20 years in marketing, software development and design. AI isn't the tool, it's the multiplier on top of that expertise. You talk straight to the decision‑maker, from the very first call.
Developers, designers, AI engineers, industry specialists. Brought in per project, exactly where specialist knowledge moves the needle the most. No bench, no payroll, no fixed‑cost overhead.
No hierarchy tax. No alignment loops. Project kickoff today instead of an eight‑week onboarding. Enterprise quality at prices traditional agencies simply can't match.
People
One operator, one network. You speak directly to the people who understand, design and own your project.
Services
Six services, one point of contact. From strategy to build to ongoing operations on Swiss infrastructure, without the seams that usually get lost between three different agencies.
Entry point
No risk. Concrete outcomes. If you commission the project, the fee is credited in full against the project price.

Frequent questions
The three questions we get asked most often, straight answers, no agency‑speak.

Depending on the project, pragmatic when speed and cost decide; exclusively on Swiss infrastructure whenever sensitivity or regulatory requirements demand it. Either way: no automatic forwarding to US hyperscalers, no use of your data for AI training, contractually guaranteed, revDSG‑ and GDPR‑compliant.
The entry point is the AI potential analysis (CHF 490, 90 minutes, credited if you commission the project). For every service you'll find indicative pricing on the relevant subpage, transparency matters to us. Final prices are project‑specific and fixed before commissioning. No hourly rates, no surprises.
